Shipping POLICIES

Carriers & Turnaround

Based on your location, we automatically choose the best carrier to keep prices low and delivery fast.

For Domestic orders within the United States, you may select your level:

Standard • 4-6 days

Express • 3-5 days

Overnight • 2 days

These are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders may come sooner or later than this given timeframe, depending on variable circumstances.

For International orders, delivery time estimates vary by location and unfortunately are not customizable at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packaged and labeled, we will update your order with the tracking information via email. If you for some reason do not receive a shipment notification with your tracking number, please email us with your order number at hello@welcometosummer.land

Once your order is confirmed as en route, the carrier is now responsible for it, and we are unable to provide any insight or modifications to the delivery. For further information you should contact the carrier. We recommend registering an online account with the carrier, which sometimes allows delivery modification. If your order becomes lost in the mail, it is the carrier's responsibility and you should file a claim with them. We are unable to provide refunds for items lost while under the responsibility of the carrier.


Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, your location, and your desired delivery time. Before the final checkout page you will be shown a few choices of what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.
You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Pre-Orders

At times, we will make some items available for pre-order. Purchasing a pre-order item reserves in your name a product from a future batch that will be shipped at a later date, upon completion. You will be charged at the time of purchase. Any quoted pre-order delivery times are based on production estimates and are subject to change, thus not guaranteed. You may cancel your pre-order at any time, provided that the shipping process is not already underway. To cancel a pre-order, e-mail us or hit the chat button.

International Orders

We will happily ship internationally, but please check with your local customs laws on whether or not you can have the kind of things we sell shipped to your country. Items held in customs can increase delivery times, so international delivery time estimates are not a guarantee.

Orders returned to us by customs will be refunded minus the postage and a 15% restocking fee.

Additionally, some countries may place an additional duty on your shipment. You the recipient will be required to pay this duty to release the package. We are not responsible for this fee, nor can we predict it.

Accepting Deliveries

Please be prepared to show delivery person valid ID to prove that you are a legal adult.

Ceramics are very fragile and can break in transit. Our packaging is designed and labeled to prevent risk of damage as much as possible, but accidents still happen. Please inspect your package for damages before accepting delivery. If there are damages that look like they occurred in transit, you should deny the delivery.If you are unable to deny delivery, please contact the carrier and us asap.

 

 

Returns, Refunds
and Exchanges Policy

Summerland smoking accessories may be returned within 3 days of the item's confirmed delivery. Due to sanitary and legal reasons, the items must be absolutely unused. We undergo a thorough inspection of all returned products before granting any refund or exchange. Returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping fees will also be deducted from the final refund. If you had paid with Sezzle, there will be an additional 2% fee deducted from the final refund.

If you find that your item contains manufactural defects, please contact us with a description and detailed photographs of the issue.

Other Summerland items may be returned within 14 days, provided that they are in original condition with packaging in tact.

How To Exchange An Item
If your item is in unused, new condition, you may exchange it for a different product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you will still have to pay return shipping each way.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order. If you have paid with Sezzle, there is an additional 2% fee on any refund given.

Your must return the item postmarked within 3 days of delivery.

2. Include the word EXCHANGE and your order number in the subject line.
3. Please provide us with a brief description of why you would like to exchange the item, and detailed photographs showing that the item is in new and unused condition.

if your exchange is accepted we will provide you with a return address.
After your item is received and inspected, we will grant you an exchange or refund minus the above listed costs.
